WHAT IS GHEE ?

Ghee, as we all know it, has been an integral of the India culture and cuisine. From making food healthy and tasty to lighting diyas, it has been
used in variety of ways.

Ghee is clarified butter, but simmered longer to bring out butter’s inherent nutty flavor. Traditionally made from buffalo or cow’s milk, the process of making ghee removes the water and milk fats, leaving a high – smoke point. Plus, it’s nutritionally rich like coconut oil.
